Pittsburgh's public safety director Mike Huss says he WILL appear before city council next month to discuss the city's response to February's heavy storms. Councilwoman Natalia Rudiak is heading up a task force on the issue and issued a subpoena to get Huss to talk.
Huss says he was not interested in meeting with Rudiak individually. Instead, he wanted to speak before the full council, as he has before. Rudiak's happy with the end result. The city solicitor says the subpoena is invalid, but Huss says he'll show up anyway.
