Missing Teen Found

Missing 17-year-old Kaitlyn Novak has been found.  An officer spotted a girl talking on her cell phone who matched her description at the intersection of McCargo Street and Constitution Boulevard in New Kensington.  She was taken to the boro police station to confirm her identity.  Police are still investigating the circumstances surrounding her disappearance.
