On New Years day of 2011 taxes like child tax credit and the death tax are set to expire.  This will bring higher pay for Americans everywhere.  Mike Pintek spoke with Dr. Allan Meltzer, a Professor of Political Economy at the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University for more.
