Max Talbot joined Seibel and Starkey to preview the opening of the regular season at the Consol Energy Center coming up Thursday night. Max still has thoughts of the teams Game 7 loss to Montreal last year, and said he will use that to motivate him throughout the year.
There were some injuries that Max had to play through last year which he admitted hurt his production, but according to him, he’s close to 105% right now and is ready to fully play his game, which he was unable to do last year.
Max also talked about a number of other topics including his hatred of the Flyers, his close friendship with Marc-Andre Fleury, and the differences between this years team and last years.
Seibel and Starkey also had a conversation with Eric Tangradi in which the Penguins Winger talked about playing on a line with Evgeni Malkin, his willingness to drop the gloves if anyone takes a run at Malkin, and he even talked about his Twitter page.
