The Penguins officially open the Consol Energy Center tonight as the Philadelphia Flyers come to town, and Seibel and Starkey had a Penguins preview show today including interviews with Defenseman Zbynek Michalek, Goalie Coach Gilles Meloche, and even hated rival Scott Hartnell.

Zbynek Michalek talked about coming to the Penguins and why he chose this team over all the others in free agency, and even provides us with the official pronunciation of his name.

Gilles Meloche talked about the teams assessment of Marc-Andre Fleury last year, and the extra steps they’re taking to ensure he doesn’t have another down year.

Finally, the man every Pittsburgh fan loves to hate, Scott Hartnell sat down with Joe Starkey to discuss why Pittsburgh fans hate the Flyers.  Scott also provides some insight as to why the Flyers hate the Penguins as much as they do, and explains why he has such crazy hair.
