Former Penguins Head Coach Michel Therrien Talks About His Time with the Team

Michel Therrien sat down with Joe Starkey during intermission at the Pens-Maple Leafs game and discussed everything from his time with the organization to his desire to coach again.  Michel said it was pretty weird to be watching his old team again, especially at the Consol Energy Center.  While they were making their run to the Stanley Cup in the 2008-2009 season, Michel said it was hard to watch that team and not wonder what could have been if he was still the coach.

Michel also talked about his famous rant on the Pens defense several years ago and said it was a calculated move he was planning for days.

Joe also talked with Pens Defenseman Derek Engelland about his fight against Maple Leaf Colton Orr.  Derek took out Orr with one good shot in their fight during last night's game, and said it was probably the best shot he's ever given somebody.
