Chuck Heberling was an NFL official from 1965-1986 and joined Seibel and Starkey today to discuss the James Harrison hits on Josh Cribbs and Mohamed Massaquoi in Sunday’s matchup.  According to Chuck, the Cribbs hit was perfectly legal, while the hit on Massaquoi will probably bring about a fine for Harrison.

Chuck explained why these types of hits weren’t a big issue when he was an official in the NFL.
