Pitt assistant head coach Greg Gattuso called in to the FAN Morning Show recap the Panthers win over the Louisville Cardinals. Gattuso talked about the rise of Jabaal Sheard and how he has adapted to all the extra coverage that comes with being a great player.

Gattuso talked about the criticism of the level of competition in the Big East, he said you can’t really compare the talent level until you get into bowl games and even then Big East teams have beaten other conferences.

Gattuso said he is hopeful of the return of Greg Romeus very soon and he saw a sign of his return after the Louisville game.
