Clark, Steelers Learned From Mistakes & Now Moving On
Steelers safety Ryan Clark joined the Fan Morning Show to talk about the Steelers loss to the New England Patriots on Sunday. Clark said the team looked over the tape, then broke it down into defense and secondary; they learned from their mistakes in the game and are now moving on to next weeks game.
The biggest thing the team needs to focus on is execution, said Clark as some players blew coverage and didn't pressure Brady enough which enabled Brady to take advantage of all the mistakes.
Clark told Gregg Giannotti about why the cornerbacks are allowing so much space in coverage; and he said it is because this team is not setup to be man-on-man coverage, it is more of a zone defense. The CB's also has to worry about the number to receiver lined up in the slot.
