Most Wanted Suspect Arrested In Canonsburg

CANONSBURG (KDKA) – Another of Allegheny County’s most wanted fugitives was arrested Monday night in Canonsburg.

According to the Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office, Jason Alan Stenger, 32, of Bethel Park, was wanted for violating his probation and parole for a 2008 burglary conviction.

Sheriff’s deputies went to an address in Bethel Park, but were informed he was staying with his girlfriend’s parents in Canonsburg.

Deputies did not leave the Bethel Park address for fear of someone there alerting Stenger to the pending arrest. However, deputies called local police, who made the arrest.

Stenger was arrested without incident and was taken to the Allegheny County Jail, where he’s being held without bond.

I QUESTION THE ALLEGHENY COUNTY’S MOST WANTED FUGITIVE CAPTION. He violated the parole officers instructions, that we know.

It would serve justice a lot more if the caption had read “Another drug addict has fallen prey to the Drug cartel’s net of influence.

It’s widely known that Jails all over the U.S. Are full of people put there when they should have been sent to rehabilitation, probably at less cost to the public.

The drug war has been a miserable failure. People are beginning to think that lawmakers are receiving kick backs from the drug cartels. The Wachovia Bank having received millions for Money laundering for them is one case in point.

Let’s have a little more news about that sort of thing. And the Pa. judges that received money from their sentencing young offenders to privately owned prisons to fatten their income. THE LOVE OF MONEY IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL! The U.S. is drowning in it .Maybe Wiki leaks will feel obligated to report on it soon.

Will the girlfriend and her parents be arrested for aiding and harboring? Why isn’t anyone throwing them in jail?

  3. Caitlin says:

Oh yeah, that’s a great solution, throw the girlfriend and the parents in jail. Do you have any idea how hard it is when someone you love is at the mercy of a drug addiction? Wise up.

I went to school with this idiot, he could barely put a sentence together. Not surprised he’s robbing houses.

We are only on this earth for a short time, people need to embrace life, and stop the negative comments. This poor kid needs help, lets pray that prison-rehab, or both, can help this lost soul turn it around.
