PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) - It's time to wake up with the Fan Morning Show.

Gregg Giannotti wants to wake up Major League Baseball to realize they are losing fans in smaller markets.

That's because those fans have nothing to look forward to in the off-season when there is no salary cap and they see teams like the New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox spending $100 million on a single player.

Paul Alexander wants to wake up the haters who think all athletes are bad people. Alexander tells those people a story of hated Ron Artest who is selling his championship ring and giving half of his salary this season to mental health charities.

Jim Colony wants to wake up the Kansas City Chiefs.

He says they should just come out and say Matt Cassel will not play on Sunday. Instead, the Chiefs are saying he will be questionable on Sunday. However, he is still in the hospital recovering from an appendectomy.
