2 Rescued From Car Accident In Spring Garden

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Two people had to be rescued after an accident in Spring Garden.

The car crashed into the porch of a vacant home after losing control on a bend on Spring Garden Avenue.

Neighbors aren't surprised because they say it's a dangerous area.

"You always have accidents here," Katie Cesnalis, a neighbor, said. "There's accidents on a continuous basis here."

The people who live nearby say speeding is part of the problem.

"There's near-misses all the time because like I said, they hit this bend, they hit it too fast," another neighbor added.
