Wagner Beats Robert Morris 83-78

New York (KDKA/AP) - Sophomore guard Karon Abraham led the Robert Morris Colonials with 32 points in a four point loss to Wagner on Thursday night.

Abraham brought the Colonials within one point of the Seahawks with seven seconds left, but Wagner's Josh Thompson hit two free throws to put them up 81-78.

After the free throws, the Colonials turned the ball over on their possession, which forced them to foul. The Seahawks hit the two free throws to seal the 83-78 win.

Robert Morris forwards Lijah Thompson added 10 points and 12 rebounds, and Russell Johnson chipped in 10 points, five rebounds and two blocked shots.

The win kept Wagner (7-7, 3-0) undefeated in Northeast Conference play and brought them to a .500 record while Robert Morris fell to (1-2) in the conference and (5-9) overall.
