Crime Stoppers: New Year's Day Shooting Suspects

CLAIRTON (KDKA) -- Pittsburgh Crime Stoppers would like the public's help in finding two Clairton brothers.

Arrest warrants have been issued for 25-year-old Keith Wright and his 30-year-old brother, Lindsey. Police say the Wrights were involved in a fatal shooting early New Years Day.

Investigators say the two, both wearing masks, entered a home in the 2300-block of Lincoln Avenue where a party was going on. They began fighting with some of those attending the party, and 20-year-old Tauvea Hurt ended up being shot and killed.

Keith is 5-foot 8-inches tall with a medium build and has a tattoo on the left side of his neck. Lindsey is 5-foot 7-inches tall with a slender build and has multiple tattoos on his arms.

The Wrights are from Clairton and are known to frequent both that city and McKeesport. The Pittsburgh Crime Stoppers number is 412-255-8477. Information leading to an arrest and conviction could be worth up to $1,000.
