Snow Dusts Area Again, Bitter Temperatures Stick Around
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - There's another dose of winter weather in store for the region today.
Local roads continue to be snow covered in spots, especially around Allegheny County, because of the persistent bands of lake effect snow.
KDKA Meteorologist Dennis Bowman says we should look for a dusting to two inches of the white stuff this morning.
Otherwise, it will be mainly cloudy through the day with a high of 24. However, wind chills will hover around 10 above for much of the day.
Bowman says another round of snow could hit us for Friday morning's rush hour, and then yet another system moves through on Saturday.
It looks like there will be an inch or so of accumulation just in time for the Steelers-Ravens game over at Heinz Field.
