Why would the police chase a car with the streets covered in snow and ice? Somebody innocent is going to get killed. Nobody cares about some jerk from homewood with some drugs, useyy some judgement and let it go!

    1. johnny69 says:

I agree this is why th po-poy carry guns. When someone runs, let the lead fly

    2. Chris says:

You wouldnt be saying that if that jerk sold drugs to one of your kids

      1. Dan says:

Im a good parent I taught my kids well….were talking about good decision making here..you cant tell me its a good idea to do this in this weather…what if they were chasing this guy and he runs your kid over and kills them…..huh Chris

    1. Dan says:

doug you seem to know so much what is the pbp pursuit policy? I bet you haave no idea…I do

  3. Scott says:

Why doesn’t KD report about the armed roberies around the city.
But we get that same photo of Jordan in a hospital bed. Almost daily.

  4. RedMosquito says:

OK, have your power trip of a chase if someone flees, but if it turns out (which it usually does) the suspect was not armed and dangerous OR the car was not stolen and innocents are hurt or killed then the officer(s) involved should be held to the highest punishment possible, including a walk to the chamber. Get the license plate number and apprehend the suspect at a later date or is that concept too hard for someone who’s a pink slip away from asking “would you like fries with that”?

    1. Chris says:

Relax RedMosquito! It’s easy to comment when you yourself probably flip burgers. I can tell you dont like cops, but I bet your the first to call when you need one….your typical. BTW, the guy did have a gun on him and thats why he ran…………….Shouldn’t comment on things you know nothing about!

        A. My dad’s a retired statey, B. I’m a hydrogeologist (pick a chemical and I will show you how to calculate an equalibrium constant or the steps for using the Cooper-Jacob method to determine the T and K for confined aquifers) C. I HAVE NEVER called the cops, nor will I. MOST (see most) cops should undergo an extensive psych evaluation as 90% of these morons have some type of complex, hence they want that power, What are you? A dumber-than-dirt cop? LMFAOOOOOOOOOO. Here’s a question for you; how do you spell B-O-B backwards? Don’t strain too much 😉

  5. chance says:

Must be a nice GIG! Wheck someone else’s car and run away carefree! I wish the cops would selectively shoot rather than chase.

  6. chance says:

    ….er that uoud be wreck…HaHa!

  7. Blue Blood says:

Hey bug bite Im sorry your daddy didnt give you any attention. You just keep up the good work on that paper route. Let the police work alone. Idiot

  8. mj says:

get a license plate? cause all of the vehicles involved in chases are registered to the person fleeing, right? Or not! Those cars belong to their babies mommas, girlfriend or some other woman getting manipulated by these punks. Let the police do their job, get out of their way and be glad officers are out there doing proactive work!

    1. Sara says:

The car in the lead doesn’t have lights and sirens. There is no “getting out of the way” of some idiot speeding carelessly down the road more worried about what’s behind him than in front of him.

  9. robert says:

How about the police just sit at the police station and wait until they get a 911 call to respond some where just like all other emergency services, for all you know it alls. Then you can monday morning idiot quarter backs can get your car stolen, your house robbed with a gun held to you or anything else that you don’t think happens on daily basis already…….bet you love that because then you can say the police aren’t doing their job because they aren’t out there looking for crime

  10. Chris says:

The next time one of you idiots gets robbed, your car stolen, or a gun pointed at your head, call a hippie!
