I pray that he can save Pa Adult Basic Health Insurance for 45,000 people.

    1. dma says:

He is not going to save the Adult Basic program. He negotiated with Blue Cross to accept adult basic recipients into the so-called Special Care program. Premiums would increase from $36 a month to $80 to $190 per month. There’s no state subsidy. Check into Special Care from Blue Cross website. It sucks. Limited visits to the doctor is only 4 times a year.
