PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – All of Stanwix Street in downtown Pittsburgh was reopened Thursday afternoon after being closed for nearly two years.

Stanwix Street was reopened between Penn and Liberty Avenues by the Port Authority.

It was closed while crews worked on the new Gateway T Station.

The new station and North Shore Connector are scheduled to open in March of 2012.
