MCKEESPORT (KDKA) — McKeesport police say a teenager is facing charges after an incident.

The 14-year-old allegedly followed a woman in the 500-block of Pirl Street. KDKA’s Ralph Iannotti reports the boy grabbed the woman and took her to an abandoned home.

The woman screamed, broke free and ran for help.

After a brief search, police found the boy in the second floor of the parking garage at UPMC McKeesport.

The boy was taken to the Shuman Center and has been charged with attempted kidnapping, unlawful restraint and indecent assault.
