Chaos Erupts In Pa. House On Day One
The State House Rules Committee meeting in Harrisburg Wednesday erupted in shouts of protests between Democrats and the Republican majority as a roll call was attempted.
The shouting and yelling was all about a reform that the Republicans were advancing, that Democrats believed would block their amendments.
The yelling reached a peak with the abrupt start of a roll call vote.
