Anyone doing that to perfectly good single malt should be tarred, feathered, and ridden out of town on a rail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

    • Heather

Yes, there are alot of people who feel this way about Single Malt Scotch, but great bartenders in your town are doing some amazing things with the flavors of a single malt. Using an earlier vintage is a nice way to introduce new people to the drink.

Heather is obviously not from Pittsburgh and seems to be a Glenfiddich rep. instead. She demonstrates how to make two drinks which have no association with Pittsburgh or the Steelers black and gold. Can you even find peach bitters or Lillet Rouge in our liquor stores?

    • Heather

Hi…I tried to find those ingredients for you all in your town, it was very hard. That is why I mentioned substitute ingredients, which will work ok. I have heard that you can get some peach bitters for sure. I can also send to you some if you would like. All the best, Heather
