PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – The host of CBS’ “The Amazing Race” was in Pittsburgh Friday night to promote the show and his new documentary.

Phil Keoghan was at the South Side Works Cinema for a screening of his new documentary, “The Ride.”

Two years ago, he rode his bicycle from Los Angeles to New York. During his trek, he passed through Pittsburgh.

The film chronicles his 3,500, 42-day journey to raise $500,000 for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

The new season of “The Amazing Race” begins Feb. 20 at 8 p.m.
