Former Roller Skating Rink Collapses In Mercer County

PINE TOWNSHIP (KDKA) — Crews were called to the scene of a rink collapse in Mercer County Sunday evening.

It happened in Pine Township near Grove City.

It is believed that snow on the roof caused the old “Neat Feet” roller skating rink to fall down.

Officials say that the rink has not been used for two years.

No one was injured.

That’s really depressing. I used to live right next door when I was little. Good memories of that place…

my husband and I went there when we were kids..on a bus from our home town……parents permitting. lol…every sat. night….the memories we made in that building over 30 years ago… it saddens us to see it in the condition it is in. The Bil-A-Lou was its name then. Our memoris still remain.
