LOS ANGELES (KDKA) — If you watched the Grammys last night, you wouldn’t have seen his acceptance speech; but a man from Washington County won the coveted award, nonetheless! According to the Observer-Reporter, Paul Jacobs won a Grammy Award for Best Instrumental Soloist Performance for his version of “Livre du Saint Sacrement.”
