Police Investigate Bank Robbery In Oakland

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Police are investigating a bank robbery that happened this afternoon in Pittsburgh’s Oakland neighborhood.

It happened just before 4 p.m. at the Parkvale Bank in the 3500-block of Forbes Avenue.

Officials say a male suspect came into the bank with two weapons.

Police say they believe he took off in a red jeep.

No one was hurt during the holdup.
