Arrest Warrant Issued For Homestead Stabbing Suspect
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – An arrest warrant has been issued for a man accused of stabbing his wife multiple times Friday morning.
According to police, the incident happened at a residence in the 300-block of West 14th Street in Homestead around 9 a.m.
When police arrived, they found a 43-year-old woman suffering from multiple stab wounds to the abdomen and lower extremities. She was taken to a local hospital for treatment and was last listed in critical condition.
Police have identified the woman's husband, Anthony Hawkins, as the suspect.
Hawkins stands 5-feet-8-inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. He is bald, wears glasses and has a tattoo on his right forearm of a bird with the word "Hawk" below it.
