Bar Fight Suspects Waive Preliminary Hearing
NORTH HUNTINGDON (KDKA) -- Three people charged in connection with a fight outside a North Huntingdon bar waived their preliminary hearing Wednesday morning.
Joseph and Honey Ebbit along with their niece Heather Tornblom are facing charges in a fight that happened outside the Larimer Fireman's Club back in January.
The three are accused of assaulting Tricia and Brian Urias after a disagreement inside the bar got out of hand.
Defense attorney Dante Bertani says the Ebbits and Heather Tornblom are victims too. He plans to ask a judge that the Urias be charged as well.
The entire fight was caught on surveillance tape, but prosecutors declined to release the tape before trial.
