PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) – Former Penguin Peter Taglianetti joined Seibel, Starkey and Miller in his weekly segment to take a look at head coach Dan Bylsma’s contract extension and how he feels about the team’s performance lately without its superstars.

Taglianetti said Bylsma’s contract extension is well deserved considering the way the team respects him and the ability to keep them together after injuries to Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin.

Also, Taglianetti said things should open up now for James Neal after scoring his first goal as a Penguin against the Buffalo Sabres.
