UPPER ST. CLAIR (KDKA) – An Allegheny County man was arrested and is facing a host of child pornography related charges.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, Scott M. Freker, 39, of Upper St. Clair was arrested at his home after an extensive investigation.

The State Police Computer Crime Task Force began their investigation on Sept. 25, 2009 when they found a computer online sharing and disseminating child pornography.

Freker is facing the following charges:

• 69 counts of possession of child pornography
• Five counts of distribution of child pornography
• Five counts of obscene and other sexual materials and performances
• One count of criminal use of a communications facility
• One count of possessing instruments of a crime
• Five counts of invasion of privacy

Freker is currently being held at the Allegheny County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
