Attempted Abduction Reported In West End

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — An attempted abduction was reported in the West End.

A woman says a man tried to snatch her near Chartiers Avenue and Corliss Street around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday.

She then ran to her home on Lorenz Avenue and called 911.

Police are looking for an unshaven white male with gray hair. He was wearing a white shirt and black pants and stood 5-feet 10-inches tall.

The man drove a newer four-door white vehicle.
