Sidney Crosby's Agent Speaks Out About Client

The agent for Sidney Crosby, Pat Brisson, talked with Joe Starkey of Seibel, Starkey and Miller on SportsRadio 93-7 The FAN and discussed Crosby's health, as well as the recent ruling at the NHL GM meetings to not ban head shots.

When it comes to Crosby playing again this year, Pat said Crosby is unbelievably passionate towards the game and can't wait to get back on the ice in-game action.  If medically cleared, Brisson believes Crosby will play again if he is 100 percent.

Pat shared his reaction to the NHL GM's not banning head shots at their meetings last week and said he knows hits to the head shots will eventually be abolished, but has no idea how long it will take for that to happen.

Given that nobody has been able to identify which hit gave Sidney Crosby a concussion, Joe asked Brisson what he thinks and Pat told him that he has no doubt that the first hit from David Steckel in the Winter Classic was the one that gave his client a concussion.

Brisson also discussed whether or not there should have been any disciplinary actions taken towards Steckel or Victor Hedman for their hits on Crosby.
