PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) – EJ Hradek of ESPN.com and NHL Live joined the FAN Morning Show to discuss the Matt Cooke suspension.
Hradek is surprised with the length of Cooke’s suspension, but thinks it was appropriate given his history of previous incidents.
Hradek is taking Cooke at his word, that he can change the way he plays hockey. But in the end, Hradek thinks the Penguins will give Cooke an opportunity to return to the team and see if he can change, or if they have to trade him.
