Police Searching For 2 Home Invasion Suspects

BETHEL PARK (KDKA) – Police are looking for two men in connection with an attempted home invasion Tuesday morning.

According to police, the incident happened on Cambridge Road as a resident was taking his son to the bus stop.

When he returned home, he saw a black car in the driveway with a white male in the driver’s seat.

When the driver saw the resident, he sped out of the driveway. As the resident walked up to his house, he encountered a second white male carrying things from inside the house.

The second suspect dropped the items and took off on foot.

The resident noticed the glass patio door to the home had been shattered and called police.

Officers searched the area for the car and the two suspects, but no arrests have been made at this time.

Pathfinder Elementary School was locked down during the search.
