PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Troy Polamalu, and his famous hair, are back in a new television commercial for Head & Shoulders.

The commercial began airing on Monday and Polamalu’s co-star is Minnesota Twins all-star catcher Joe Mauer.

Polamalu was out supporting his fellow shampoo spokesman last Friday.

He threw out the first pitch for a spring training game between the Twins and Baltimore Orioles in Florida.

Polamalu is making his mark on the football field these days, but the reigning Associated Press Defensive Player of the Year also has plenty of skills on the baseball diamond.

In fact, Polamalu was once drafted by the Atlanta Braves.
