Listen Up: 1-In-5 Teens Have Hearing Loss

PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) – KDKA’s Larry and John were surprised to discover a study showing that 1-in-5 teens have some severity of hearing loss.

They talk to UPMC’s Director of Audiology, Dr Katherine Palmer, to explain more about the study, what’s causing the hearing loss, and how you can prevent it.

    All you older folks out there planning for retirement need a secure investment – invest in hearing aid companies. This way, all these young idiots with their headphones still won’t listen to you but at least they’ll have to pay you to not do so.
