MCKEESPORT (KDKA) -- A man wanted in connection to a fatal hit-and-run accident in McKeesport has turned himself in to police.

Seth Denne, 21, was interrogated by Allegheny County Police.

Police say the victim, 27-year-old Bruce Babyak of Versailles, was walking in the 600-block of Eden Park Boulevard around 2:40 a.m. Friday when he was struck by a maroon van and dragged about 100 feet.

When he got home, he said he saw heavy damage to the passenger front side and a sweatshirt was wedged in the area that had been damaged.

The accident was caught on video by a surveillance camera on a local business.

Denne was arrested and charged with homicide by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident involving personal injury and a traffic violation.

He is now at the Allegheny County Jail as he waits for arraignment.
