Dear Christine,
We met a few year’s ago at the home. I sat as a guest for the show
I do not know if your looking for to lose weight or already lost
weight. I did both, about 18yrs ago I lost 65lbs on weight
watcher’s and I am currently back on the program.
I guess I just let myself get back into some not so good
eating habit’s, I just recently got back on track and so far lost
5lbs.
I exercise alot, I do pilate’s and kickboxing run alot.
I think I can really be of help to someone out there.
