Fire Engulfs Home Overnight In Elizabeth Township

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The cause of an overnight house fire in Elizabeth Township is under investigation.

The blaze broke out just before midnight at a house in the 100-block of Lucia Street.

When crews arrived at the scene, flames had engulfed the entire structure.

Officials say the house was vacant, but there were fears the fire would spread before it was brought under control.

No injuries were reported.
