State AFSCME Workers Could See Pay Cut

PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — David Fillman, the executive director of council 13 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, checked in this evening with KDKA Radio’s Robert Mangino. Fillman explained Gov Corbett’s proposed plan to cut state AFSCME workers salary by 4 percent. Fillman also talks about who this could effect and what to expect.
