PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) — The Beaver County Times and Baseball Prospectus writer joined Vinnie to discuss Friday’s marathon victory, and look back at the first week of the Pirates’ 2011 season.
John believes there is a lot to like about the Pirates thus far, particularly the offense coming from the team’s young talent.
He also discusses a possible strategic gaffe by Rockies manager Jim Tracy Friday night, and what will happen to the rotation in the wake of Ross Ohlendorf’s latest injury.
