The Buccos at .500 are STILL better than anybody gave them any chance of being so sit down and watch these guys get settled in...Pirates manager Clint Hurdle may have deked Colorado manager Jim Tracy into pitching to Jose Tabata last Friday night by putting Andrew McCutchen in the on deck circle, maybe he didn't, but in any case it's the kind of thing that makes fans fall in love with a manager and players respect a guy they think will do whatever it takes to win...If Hines Ward is as dirty a player as they say he is do you think he could be behind Kirstie Alleys shoe coming off on Dancing With The Stars? And yeah I think there is an anti-Steeler bias among the judges!

There is a certain impatience growing among Pens fans for the return of Sidney Crosby, isn't there?...Take it to the bank: Alex Kovalev steps up big time for the Penguins in rounds 1 and 2...The Suzuki Kizashi is one of the better small cars I have driven in a while and I have driven a lot of them...Masters choker Rory McElroy and Noonan from Caddyshack, separated at birth?...Speaking of movies, Dudley Moore is Arthur, the big headed British guy not so much although Helen Mirren is a lot better to look at than Sir John Gielgud.

For everyone that wants to stop selling alcohol at sporting events and points to banning smoking in bars as an example look 25 feet away from said bar and there is a lot of smoking going on. Would be the same for drinking, no?...Speaking of bars I haven't had a good margarita yet since I have been in Pittsburgh...Yeah I watched the WNBA Draft, so what? And I wasn't the only Fan staff member who was watching, at least 2 others were right there with me!

The story kind of got lost with the idiot fans video at PNC Park sweeping the nation, but our thoughts and prayers out to the family of the PNC usher who was killed as he walked to his car from work the other night.
