Tractor Trailer Jams Traffic On Route 28
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A disabled tractor trailer caused a major traffic mess on Route 28.
The truck got hung up on the northbound side at the 40th Street Bridge and blocked traffic.
PennDOT has reopened the ramp from the Veterans Bridge to Route 28. It was closed for a few hours to prevent even more traffic from building up.
