Duquesne Shooting Injures 1

DUQUESNE (KDKA) – One person was injured after a shooting in Duquesne Saturday night.

According to our news partners at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the shooting happened near the intersection of 5th Street and Pricilla Avenue just before 10 p.m.

A man was shot in the leg and taken to an area hospital for treatment. His name and condition have not been released at this time.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.

    The man that got murdered in Duquesne. 2 weeks ago. His son was one of the leads in the McKeesport High School Musical “Pippen” and that night was opening night. I read that the kids performance was fantastic (this was about an hour before his father was shot). Did anyone out there also go see itl? I was wondering if anyone even KNEW about this, God forbid that one of the TV stations even comment on this. I felt so bad for the boy, I wonder how he is doing, and I also wonder if he was even able to perform the following nights, he did not have an understudy
