Dog Shot, Injured In Armstrong County

COWANSHANNOCK TOWNSHIP (KDKA) — State police in Armstrong County are investigating after a woman reported that her dog had been shot.

The incident happened off of Meadow Road in Cowanshannock Township between Monday and Tuesday.

Investigators say the dog’s owner reported that when someone found her 9-year-old beagle on Tuesday, it had been shot by a small caliber rifle.

According to state police, the beagle had been last seen chasing a rabbit behind the owner’s home.

The dog survived, and now state police are asking anyone with information about the shooting to contact them.

Well if this site has gotten so unreadable and you dont like it then why are you posting now ?? You have to read the comments dont you before you post?? It is against the law to shoot a animal!! This is someones pet and pets are part of the family. If it was your Dog you would want the news involved to see if anyone knows who shot this Beagle. If you dont like it then too bad. I guess your just Hateful and Mean.
