PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Three people are facing charges after Pittsburgh police found a marijuana growing operation in Brookline.
Police arrested and charged 25-year-old William Lewis in addition to Dean Chobanian and Rachel Shipley, both 23.
According to investigators, Lewis and Chobanian lived at the home in the 1200-block of Brookline Boulevard. Shipley is from Allison Park.
Narcotics detectives found 42 marijuana plants along with three guns – one of which was stolen – and nearly $1,400 cash.
The three suspects are all facing drug possession and conspiracy charges. Lewis is facing additional charges of possession of steroids and receiving stolen property.
