Can we please get Doumit a start here soon, idk what Synder has done to deserve this many starts in a row, and Doumit has been very productive

I really like Hurdle, but his platooning is out of hand. Sure Alvarez isn’t having a good season, but he did have 2 hits yesterday. The main problem with the Pirates is they don’t listen to Hurdle. Watch how many first pitches are for strikes that they take. Does anybody on this team know how to hit to the opposite field?
