Typical stupid media. reported a fatality all evening

No kidding…I was texting a friend to make sure he and his family were ok. So many people cross that bridge every day that many must have had the same sense of dread I did, wondering if they knew who the “fatality” victim was. Would it really have been that difficult, KDKA, to simply state that there had been a multi-car accident in the first place?

I agree. I live in Moon but work in Wexford and when I heard the news I was concerned if someone I knew had died. At 4:30, the bridge is usually heavy with traffic so I wondered how fast a vehicle could have been going to cause a death.
Well, glad the fatality was not true and hope the injuries are not serious.

Luckily none of the vehicles hopped that jersey barrier and plunged into the river, which appears precariously low for being on a bridge. Shouldn’t there be better protection for drivers crossing bridges? Why not have a jersey barrier across the middle to avoid such collisions.

Do you think any of the drivers were eating baked beans before the accident?

Prolly some idiot texting while driving

I know the guy they ended up dying from the accident. They say the car that crossed over was going 45mph. How does that happen at rush hour? I hope that they find out how it was caused, and if someone was doing something stupid, I hope they pay heavily for taking a life. RIP Gary, you will be greatly missed.
