HOMESTEAD (KDKA) — Police are investigating a shooting in Homestead.

Allegheny County 911 tells KDKA-TV the male victim was apparently shot three times in the stomach.

This happened around 6:30 p.m. in the 100-block of East 14th Street.

Homicide detectives have been called to the scene.

The victim was taken to UPMC Mercy Hospital.
