PITTSBURGH (Sportsradio 93-7 The FAN) — Steelers Defensive Tackle Chris Hoke joined Seibel, Starkey and Miller on Sportsradio 93-7 The FAN to talk about his off-season and what he has been doing to stay in shape.

A number of NFL veterans from across the league have said they’re actually enjoying the lockout because of the time off, but Hoke told us that he has felt awkward not being on the field and has tried to find ways to fill his down time, but his body is definitely enjoying the time off and he thinks he’ll be better off this season because of the rest he has gotten.

We wrapped things up with Hoke getting his thoughts on who the most underrated members of the Steelers are.
