POINT BREEZE (KDKA) – Police are investigating after a body was found near a dumpster in Point Breeze Saturday morning.

According to our news partners at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the body was found around 11 a.m. near a Subway restaurant in the 7000-block of Penn Avenue.

The Allegheny County Medical Examiner and Pittsburgh Police homicide detectives were called to the scene.

There is no word about the identity of the body at this time.
